
Mom’s Morning Yoga is a gentle, grounding yoga class created just for mamas to reconnect with themselves — without little ones in attendance.
This class is open to expecting moms, new moms, seasoned moms, and those who have experienced the motherhood journey in many different ways. All levels are welcome, and no prior yoga experience is needed.
Together, we’ll move through mindful, nourishing poses, connect through breath, and enjoy a calm, supportive space designed for rest, reflection, and community. This is an opportunity to slow down, refill your cup, and step back into your day feeling centered and supported.
Coffee and tea will be available before or after class.
