Our Baby and Me Yoga Series is a gentle, fun, and core focused Yoga flow. These classes are an hour long, designed to balance your practice along with your babies. We use various poses and positions to promote babies’ general health and wellbeing. Helping to promote hand/eye coordination, body awareness, and postural control.

Our Toddler and Me Yoga Series is a fun and interactive Yoga class where we move, bond and grow together! These classes are 45min long, designed to nurture both you and your little one while blending gentle yoga, playful movement, and mindful bonding, creating a joyful experience for both parent and toddler.

They are both a super fun and judgment free, safe zone that focuses on community building and offers an opportunity to connect with others who are also navigating the path of new born and toddler hood during this stage in your life.

Baby Yoga - 0-12m

Toddler Yoga - 1-3.5 years
