Our Toddler & Me Yoga Series is a playful, interactive, and movement-filled yoga experience created especially for moms and their little ones ages 1–5 years.

Each one-hour class is designed to give you and your toddler space to move, explore, connect, and have fun together! Through age-appropriate yoga poses, music, movement, games, and mindful activities, we encourage balance, coordination, body awareness, emotional regulation, and confidence all while strengthening the bond between you and your little one.

But Toddler & Me is about so much more than yoga.

These classes are a relaxed, judgment-free space to get out of the house, meet other local moms, and connect with women navigating the same season of motherhood. We know toddlers are full of energy, curiosity, and big emotions, and we welcome all of it! There’s no expectation for your little one to sit still, follow every direction, or participate in every activity. Come exactly as you are — wiggles, giggles, snack breaks, toddler meltdowns and all.

HOLIDAY SERIES 🎄✨
We’ll wrap up our series with a festive holiday-themed class and little dress-up celebration! Holiday outfits for toddlers (and mamas!) are encouraged but completely optional.

This class is for: Mothers with toddlers ages 1– 5 years.

What to bring: A yoga mat for yourself and anything your toddler may need during class.

Investment: $85 for the full series.
