Our Toddler and Me Yoga Series is a fun and interactive Yoga class where we move, bond and grow together! These classes are 45min long, designed to nurture both you and your little one while blending gentle yoga, playful movement, and mindful bonding, creating a joyful experience for both parent and toddler.

It's a super fun and judgment free, safe zone that focuses on community building and offers an opportunity to connect with others who are also navigating the path of toddler hood during this new stage in your life.
