Outdoor Baby & Me Yoga and Toddler & Me Yoga classes in Monmouth County, NJ

Our Baby and Toddler and Me Yoga Series is a gentle, fun, and core focused Yoga flow. These classes are an hour long, designed to balance your practice along with your little ones. We use various poses and positions to promote littles’ general health and wellbeing. Helping to promote hand/eye coordination, body awareness, and postural control.

It's a super fun and judgment free, safe zone that focuses on community building and offers an opportunity to connect with others who are also navigating the path of new parenthood during this stage in your life.

This class is created especially for mothers with babies under 12 months for our baby class and 1-4 years old for our toddler classes
