Our Baby & Me Yoga Series is a gentle, fun, and core-focused yoga flow created especially for moms and their babies under 12 months.

Each one-hour class is designed to give you space to move, breathe, and reconnect with yourself while keeping your baby right alongside you. Throughout class, we incorporate babies into different poses, movements, and positions that encourage body awareness, hand-eye coordination, and postural control.

But Baby & Me is about so much more than yoga.

These classes are a relaxed, judgment-free space to get out of the house, meet other local moms, and connect with women navigating the same season of motherhood. Come exactly as you are — feeding, diaper changes, crying, wiggly babies and all.

HOLIDAY SERIES 🎄✨
We’ll wrap up our series with a festive holiday-themed class and little dress-up celebration! Holiday outfits for babies (and mamas!) are encouraged but completely optional.

This class is for: Mothers with babies under 12 months.

What to bring: A yoga mat for yourself and anything your baby may need during class.

Investment: $160 for the full series
